At TrumpStartedTheFire.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a small independent store using print-on-demand production (via Printful), we follow industry-standard policies for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

🧾 All Sales Are Final

Because each product is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes ordered, or change of mind. Please double-check sizing charts, product descriptions, and shipping info before placing your order.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

All print-on-demand products (shirts, mugs, hats, etc.)
Digital downloads (e.g., protest posters and songs)
Books sold via Amazon KDP (subject to Amazon’s return policies)

✅ Eligible Returns & Replacements

We will offer a free replacement or full refund if your order meets any of the following:

Wrong item received (e.g., different design, product type, or size)
Damaged in shipping (visible damage upon arrival)
Printing defect or manufacturing flaw (e.g., off-centered print, poor quality ink, etc.)

🕒 Claim Deadline: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A photo of the issue
Your order number
A brief explanation of the problem

📦 Shipping Issues

Lost Packages or Tracking Issues:

If your tracking info shows as delivered but you haven’t received the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
If still missing, contact us and we’ll investigate. We may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

Incorrect Address Provided:

We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please confirm your address before submitting your order.

📐 Sizing & Product Fit

We provide detailed sizing charts on each product page. If you're unsure about fit, email us before ordering. We do not accept returns for incorrect size selections.

⏱️ Order Modifications or Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately after purchase. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee changes.

📮 Return Shipping

Do not send any items back to us or to Printful without authorization. We will provide instructions if a return is approved.

📘 Book Returns (Amazon KDP)

If you purchased our Trump joke book through Amazon, returns must be handled directly via Amazon.com in accordance with their return policies.
